Location: Southern California, one of the first pilot locations for the 5G Home program in the U.S. (Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Sacramento).

Experience Lab in Downtown LA

Description: An experiential popup located in downtown LA where visitors could explore and experience the speed of 5G through activities like video games and media streaming.

Brand Ambassadors: A team of brand ambassadors welcomed and guided guests through the experience.

Custom Build-Out: The downtown LA site was custom-designed with Verizon branding.

Metrics Tracked: Metrics such as foot traffic, engagement, interactions, and impressions were tracked, demonstrating significant public interest.
5G Home Team:

Description: A door-to-door and talk show-style street interview campaign aimed at engaging potential customers and educating them about the power of Verizon 5G Home wireless internet. Seven branded vehicles were utilized.

Training: The team was trained to inform and educate consumers about the new 5G Home service.

Results: The campaign involved over 40 brand ambassadors, reached over 16,000 households, and garnered over 270,000 impressions in Southern California.
